Alana De La Garza is a stunning actress who has left a lasting impression on the small screen. The parents of De La Garza were both Irish and Mexican American. She was born in Columbus, Ohio, on the 26th of December, 1976. Within a short time, she moved to Texas and completed her physical therapy degree at University of Texas. De La Garza did not remain in Texas for long and soon relocated towards Orlando Florida, where she played a variety of acting roles, including independent local films and commercials. Although she only had a few roles, De La Garza soon discovered her passion for acting. Then she moved into New York and in 2001 she scored her first acting gig on the daytime soap opera All My Children as Rosa Santos. Throughout the early 2000s she had small appearances on JAG Las Vegas and Two and a Half Men. In 2004 she was selected as her first part of a series on The Mountain which was a short-lived television drama. De La Garza played Maria Serrano along with some of the greatest TV actors, including Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley Mitch Pileggi and Mitch Plegge. She played A.D.A. in Law & Order in which her best-known performance came from 2005. Connie Rubirosa. She was a part of 85 episodes. She then joined the short-lived spinoff Law & Order: LA. De La Garza received several nominations for the character, including being Best Supporting Actress Television Imagen Foundation Awards or even ALMA Award nominees. The National Hispanic Media Coalition awarded De La Garza the Impact Award, which is awarded for exceptional performances on drama-based television shows. De La Garza was then assigned as a regular character on CSI Miami. She appeared as Marisol Deko who was the husband of David Caruso's portrayer Horatio Caine. Her most current TV work was on NBC's somewhat dramatic dark thriller Do No Harm as Dr. Lena Solis. The series was canceled after just two episodes. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. The actress is from Italian heritage and also has a younger brother Cory who is 10 years older. She was raised in the strictest and most religious family. Milano was first introduced to acting when she was seven years old. She was accompanied by her babysitter along to an audition. Milano was one of the four girls selected from among over 1,000 hopefuls. Milano appeared in advertisements on television and off-Broadway as well, such as the American musical version of Jane Eyre.
